As we emerge from the winter months of stillness and reflection, we may have gained clarity, reconnected with what motivates us, or rediscovered our sense of curiosity, At the same time,, there are many of us that require more time for reflection. We invite all of you, no matter what stage of reflection or recommitment you are in, to spend an evening with us, exploring sound, vibration and frequency within both realms, and what they (reflection and recommitment) may mean to you.

Yin (deep stretching)
Sound Journey
Yin (deep stretching) and intentional Breath help us access the parasympathetic nervous system which leads to and maintains relaxation. Deep stretching and intentional breathwork invites our bodies to gently explore our own personal edge and simultaneously, relax and release muscle and tissue tensions and toxins.
Sound Journey can be a therapeutic experience where participants may feel a state of release, relaxation, inner peace and harmony. The soothing sounds and vibrations, produced by crystal/Tibetan bowls, chimes and many other instruments, can massage and release muscles, tissue and systems (cardio, digestive, etc.) in our bodies. It offers yet another opportunity to calm our nervous system, reset and recapture our life balance. Sound journeys may also allow participants to reimagine themselves in ways that channel useful positive energies.
