Rental Information

Ongoing Renters:
Monday-Friday: $25.00/hour
Saturday-Sunday: $35.00/hour
*Recurring renters must provide renter’s insurance
 
Event Renters:

Events rentals start at $500. 
Damage Deposit: $500 (fully refundable if the premises are left clean and undamaged)
Floor Cleaning Fee: $100 (mandatory for events with food and drinks)
(Special discounted pricing available for Memorial services~ $200)
 
 

Extra Amenities Available for Rental:

  • Screen and projector & set up: $50.00
  • Sound system & set up: $50.00
  • Tablecloth usage and cleaning: $50.00


Cancellation Fee:
Renter must submit cancellation notice 30 days in advance or forfeit all fees, less damage deposit.  
Cancellation fee outside of 30 days is $100
